The Creative Cake Academy offer One to One and Small Private Group Tuition with classes held at our stunning Cheltenham location.  We cater for students at all levels from complete beginners to Michelin starred pastry chefs (we have trained two of these in the English style of cake decoration).

Private tuition can cover specific elements you would like to learn, or maybe a selection of skills to improve upon your techniques, learn how to create exquisite sugar flowers and roses, create a tray of cupcakes or learn how to prepare, cover and tier a celebration cake suitable for making a beautiful Wedding Cake.  Perhaps you would like to have a day out with friends and learn a variety of cake decorating skills with a gorgeous set of cupcakes or Mini cakes to take home at the end of the workshop, then this offers you the perfect opportunity.

If you have a special event coming up, perhaps you would like some ideas and support on creating designs for a wedding cake, a special celebration cake, tiered cake designs, mini cakes or cupcakes that feature with a matching celebration cake or just need to make beautiful sugar flowers to top a wedding cake - we can give you the tuition to create the perfect design with samples.
