Hayley Causier - I’m still learning lots but I feel like I’ve come such a long way since I first met you to learn all of my cake decorating skills. A lot has happened over the last year! I’ve got many weddings booked for this year and have appeared in the national Wedding Cakes magazine on various occasions. I’ve also gone from not being able to get in anywhere to exhibit my cakes to being called on a regular basis and asked by the venues or event companies to exhibit.

 

Rachel Matthews -'I've done this course and it was incredible. Before I went I was wasting so much fondant not able to cover a cake until the 6th or 7th try each time! Now I'm covering on the first go and savings so much money and time! Wonderful teacher and lovely environment.'

 

Charlotte Richards - I just wanted to thank you for your welcome to your beautiful Cake Studio to do the Celebration Cake Masterclass.  I have thoroughly enjoyed my day and was blown away by the amount of detail you put into your class and the workshop notes to take away which I can refer to time and time again. I left with two professional looking cakes and I cannot wait to book another course.
