We have a really modern approach to Cupcake and Celebration Cake decoration and design.  Our aim is to create the most unique and beautifully dressed cakes around and to share our knowledge, techniques and skills to Large and Small Group classes,  Private Tuition and One to One workshops.  We cater for everyone from beginners to experienced cake decorators
- so there is just no excuse why you should not come along and join us!!!

 

CUPCAKE DECORATION CLASSES - BROADWAY, WORCESTERSHIRE LOCATION



We train a wide range of cupcake designs as these little beauties are still highly sought after and are perfect for Gifts, Parties and Celebrations and of course Weddings.  Our cupcake decoration classes currently include Spring Garden (recently featured on the front cover of Cake Craft & Decoration magazine), Vintage, Cath Kidston Style, Wedding Design with features that include embossing, hand painting, lace, pearls, moulds and lots of other techniques that build in each workshop to create a portfolio of skills and beautiful designs.  On a full day Cupcake design workshop you will create a tray of 12 beautifully crafted cupcakes with full support, and you will leave with a new range of skills and full workshop notes, that will enable you to be confident in creating your own future designs.  The group cupcakes workshops are run from the  Farncombe Estate, Broadway, Worcestershirevenue.  A superb purpose built training centre with ultra-modern facilities.  The course price is for a full day and includes a 3 course Sunday lunch – offering excellent value.  To see what courses are available please click the Group Workshops Booking link above. 



We are in the process of releasing new workshops that will be run from our Cheltenham location and designed for small groups of people (up to a maximum of 6) and will feature everything from Celebration Cake Masterclass, creating stunning sugar flowers, to the ever popular Cupcake Decoration Classes.  The benefit of the small group workshops allows close tuition and more of an individual approach to the workshop, and also includes lunch and refreshments during the day and all materials.  Our first workshop just released in the Cath Kidston style cupcakes, on Sunday June 3rd - please click the Group Workshops link to get more details and links to the booking pages.

PRIVATE TUITION AND CELEBRATION CAKE DESIGN AND MASTERCLASS - CHELTENHAM LOCATION




At our Cheltenham location in addition to our small group workshops, we also carry out Private Tuition if you would like to learn more about cake decoration, including wedding, tiered and celebration cakes, in addition to all of our cupcakes workshops and designs.  These workshops can be tailor made to your needs including many elements from Designing a special wedding or celebration cake, Celebration Cake One-Day Masterclass, creating stunning Sugar Flowers, an individually designed tray of Cupcakes,  modelling, writing in royal icing, and many more design elements that you may wish to learn.  The duration of these workshops can be anything from one or two days or a series of workshops to build your skills to a professional level.  For more detail please click the Private Workshop tab above.
